We set it up where you want it
Your installer brings the stand, signs, letters and accessories and sets them up quickly, at a time that suits you. Living room, hallway, party venue, office or, if you prefer, the garden.
Celebrate, then we collect
The sign stays with you for a full 24 hours (shorter or longer if you like). We come back, pack it down and leave the room exactly as we found it.

Good questions, honest answers.
How far in advance should I book?
The more notice you give us, the more likely we're able to offer your preferred signs, colours and date. We would recommend a minimum of one weeks notice. Next-day bookings are often possible depending on your installer's diary; a £20 next-day fee applies. Exam results week, Christmas and half-terms fill up fastest, so book early for those.
How long does the sign stay up?
A full 24 hours as standard, from set-up to collection. Add extra days at £25 per day when you enquire, up to a week.
Will it damage my walls or floors?
No. The signs pin into our plinth stand, which simply sits on the floor. Nothing is fixed to walls, and the stand is fine on carpet, laminate, tiles and wooden floors.
Do I need to be there for the set-up?
Someone needs to let us in for an indoor set-up, and the set-up is quick. If you'd rather it was a surprise, many customers book the set-up while the birthday person is out, or choose an outdoor spot we can reach without keys.
Can I use it outside?
Yes. The signs are water-resistant and the stand doesn't need soft ground, so a patio, driveway or decking works well. For windy days we recommend placing in a sheltered position.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before your set-up date for a full refund. Inside 14 days we'll do our best to move your booking to a new date instead. Cancellations on our side are always refunded in full.
Can I keep the sign or hand it to someone else?
The display is on hire, so it stays at the set-up address until we collect it. Please don't attach anything to the signs or stand on the plinth. Signs returned marked or stained carry a £20 cleaning charge.
Do you cover my area?
We have installers across the UK. Enter your postcode in the booking form and we'll match you to your nearest one, or tell you straight away if we can't reach you yet.
